Hmmmm, I notice Erin Burnett is not mentioned in the SOTU coverage memo... Perhaps CNN suits realize she is likely to make outrageous remarks in defense of banks, wall street, and the wealthy! Maybe they are smarter than I think. Well, I won't give them too much credit but keeping her away from an open mic when there will surely be discussions of income inequality is a wise move.

Erin Burnett isn't mentioned in the SOTU memo because she is useless.
She didn't know what she was doing
during the Iowa Caucus and was an embarassment to the network.
It is hard to imagine that she ever worked on Wall Street or was in banking.
You have to know how to calculate percentages, know puts and calls, and actually be a high level thinker who excells in economic upheavels and leveraging.
This doesn't describe the Erin we know.

Candy Crowley, David Gergen, Gloria Borger and Anderson are so anti-Obama it polluted the SOTU commentary on the show last night. No matter what, they all refuse to acknowledge the Republicans unprecedented obstruction of the President's policies - they criticize Obama for "campaigning" while in office, but how else is he supposed to get anything done these days? The GOP are determined to stop him at every turn, but somehow to the CNN reporters/pundits, it's HIS fault. Anderson asked what planet were the Republicans and Democrats on when it came to perceptions of the issues, but I'd like to know what planet is he, Candy, David and Gloria on because they appear to be blind to the obvious. I expect Ari Fleischer to spout false partisan talking points, but not AC/Gergen/Crowley/Borger. Very disappointed in the coverage but this the direction CNN intends to take evidently.
